GAS FREE CERTIFICATION:
OBJECTIVE:
The carriage, manufacture and production of pressured equipment, such as pressure vessels, barges, tanks, boilers, pressurized systems and various process installations, are subject to local and regional statutory regulations and thus Gas Free Certification is one of most required certification which will facilitate the safety factor of the concern whilst any hot-works is being carried out within.
These certification requires professional & experience personnel equipped with approved type Gas Meter for the respective certification.
The certification comprises of:
- Purpose of Gas Free Certification
- Last Cargo Carried
- Content of the void space
- Any present of hydro-carbon
- Type of Examination
- Type of approval : Single Voyage or Time Charter
- Product inspection, test and certification
- Periodical inspections & audits
- Voyage recommendation
